OFFICIAL RULES & REGULATIONS

These Official Rules govern participation in the HRD Campus promotional campaigns administered by High Road Designs (“Sponsor”).

 

SPONSOR

 

These promotions are sponsored by High Road Designs (HRD Campus). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, PTO Today, or any affiliated platform.

 

PROMOTION #1: PTO Spirit Wear Kit Giveaway (Raffle)

 

ELIGIBILITY

Open to verified PTO, PTA, PTSA, or school-affiliated parent organization leaders representing a K–12 school within the United States. Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

Multiple entries per school or parent organization are permitted.

 

HOW TO ENTER

Eligible participants must complete the official campaign entry form during the Promotion Period. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

 

PRIZE DETAILS

Ten (10) winning schools will each receive one (1) PTO Spirit Wear Kit valued at approximately $1500, which includes:

  • 10 custom shirts (school branded)

  • 10 custom hats (school logo or mascot)

  • 10 school-branded notebooks

  • 10 school-branded tote bags

  • 10 school-branded travel mugs

 

Design customization will be coordinated directly with the winning school organization. Final product specifications may vary slightly based on availability.

 

Prizes are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or substituted.

 

WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION

Ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing within five (5) business days following the close of the Promotion Period.

 

Winners will be notified via the email provided during entry. If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

 

GENERAL CONDITIONS

By entering, participants agree to allow Sponsor to use the school name and organization name for promotional purposes, unless prohibited by law.

 

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.

 

 

PROMOTION #2: Book a Meeting – $50 HRD Gift Card Offer

 

ELIGIBILITY

  • Open to verified PTO, PTA, PTSA, or school-affiliated leaders within the United States who schedule and complete a qualifying consultation meeting with HRD Campus during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries per school or parent organization are permitted.

 

HOW TO QUALIFY

  • Participant must schedule a meeting through the official HRD Campus booking link.

  • The meeting must be attended and completed (minimum 20-minute consultation).

  • One gift card per school organization.

  • Cancelled or no-show meetings do not qualify.

 

GIFT CARD DETAILS

Eligible participants will receive one (1) $50 HRD Gift Card redeemable toward a future custom apparel or merchandise order placed through High Road Designs.

 

Gift cards:

  • Will be issued electronically within five (5) business days after the completed meeting.

  • Are valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue.

  • Cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • May not be combined with certain promotional discounts at Sponsor’s discretion.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, late, misdirected, or failed entries due to technical issues or human error.

 

PRIVACY

Information submitted through the entry form will be used solely for campaign administration, communication regarding HRD Campus services, and related marketing communications. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.

 

AGREEMENT TO RULES

By participating, entrants agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
